An outline application is proposed for the erection of up to 64 dwellings, alongside landscaping and public open space.

This equates to a gross density of circa 22 dwellings per hectare.

The detailed housing mix would be determined as part of a future reserved matters application, and 33% of the dwellings would be provided as affordable housing in line with current policy requirements.

Allocated and visitor parking will be provided in accordance with Suffolk County Council guidelines.
